ISTE automation trimmer independently developed by our company adopts a system of hydraulic servo and a linear motor to load and unload grating scale positioning and pressure feedback with fast speed,high precision,low noise and simple operation. The press tonnage and table size can be customized according to custmers' requirements. ISTE ring trimmer is a equipment developed for boxes of current 3C products, paper trays and boxes for high-end cosmetics and new-type pulp molding boxes for tabacco and alcohol. After many years of research, development optimization, and collection of feedback from the market, we have successfully developed multiple model of A,B,Cseries, and obtained lot of patents. The processing speed of the ring trimmer is fast and the finished products is smooth with no burrs, steps,rippling,and burn smell. Compared with rocker cutting machine, the lower cost and the cost f using consumables is negligible. Special trimmer for pulp molding cup cover developed and manufactured by ISTE independently, including lid punch dies, has linear motor for loading and unloading automatically and the speed is 5000PCS/H. While promoting trimmer and ring trimmer, ISTE has also researched and developed AOI machine, pad printing, punching machine, folding machine and so on.
