The oil-free screw vacuum pump adopts a direct-coupled drive intermediate bracket structure and a first-level energy efficiency permanent magnet variable frequency motor drive system. Its pump head is cooled by high-efficiency pure coolant and a built-in cooling system, eliminating the need for external cooling water and avoiding scaling. The bearing lubrication system uses precise temperature control to ensure the stable operating condition of the unit. The main engine supports 20,000-hour maintenance-free operation, with an ultimate vacuum of ≤-70KPa. Meanwhile, high-temperature exhaust gas can be recovered for the drying system to achieve efficient utilization and further reduce energy consumption for users. The vacuum system is oil-free and water-free, with energy saving of over 50%, and is equipped with two-stage pre-precision filtration. It is suitable for industries such as paper-plastic, papermaking, EPS foaming and blister packaging.
