PATTIK SI-200 is a water-based inorganic waterproof and oil-proof coating material launched by Bante Company. It is mainly used to improve the functionality of pulp molded products and paper products, and can significantly reduce the reliance on chemical petroleum-based materials. Through innovative technology, the surface of nano-silica is modified and improved. Besides having a micro-nano composite rough bionic structure, it also has the characteristic of low surface energy (surface tension about 27 dyn/cm). In the field where the application of fluorine-free alternatives is urgently needed, it can solve the problems of high-temperature oil resistance (120℃), improve the heat resistance and aging resistance of the coating, enhance the strength of fibers, and increase wear resistance.
