The ZFG-1111 is a fully automatic production line for high-quality molded pulp tableware, featuring low energy consumption, high production capacity, and superior product quality. The line is arranged in a linear configuration and consists of one pulp forming machine, one hot-press machine, one cutting machine, and one translation & turnover machine, utilizing a gantry and robotic arm system for automated product transfer. It is ideally suited for manufacturing eco-friendly tableware products such as paper plates, takeaway boxes, bowls, cups, and egg cartons. The entire line is fully servo-driven, ensuring flexible, precise, and stable production operations. Its optimized platen size is designed to maximize the layout for various tableware products. Key processes including forming, hot-pressing, trimming, and stacking are all completed automatically within the machinery. Built with a stable structure and a modular design, the ZFG-1111 features fewer wearing parts, resulting in easy ope
